Lewes U11 Black are in their fifth season as a proud Lewes Juniors team, and have just completed their second successive season in SSYFL Division 1.

Our primary objective is to provide every player in our squad with an equal opportunity to develop and play to their potential, via technical and game-focused training, futsal, and a year round schedule of league, friendly, and tournament matches. We track our progress against the FA's 4 Corner Model, considering development across four areas of focus: social, physical, psychological, and technical/tactical.

Our secondary objective is to continue to be competitive, and play positive football that makes the most of our players' collective strengths.

We believe that our secondary objective will always be achieved as long as we achieve our primaary objective.
